Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) Loan Forgiveness application

Visual design lead for the bank’s Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loan application, which provided forgiveness of 280K+ loans totaling $1.4B and preserved an estimated 1.7M small-business jobs during the COVID-19 pandemic.

When COVID‑19 disrupted millions of small businesses, Wells Fargo launched the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) to provide essential federal relief. I led the visual and UI design for the bank’s PPP digital experience, overseeing the process from initial application to forgiveness. This platform served over 280,000 small-business customers.

I led the Visual and UI design for Wells Fargo’s application and onboarding experiences for the Small Business and Merchant Units.
 
The role involved shaping component‑level and maintaining alignment with the DXD design system, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Content, Accessibility, and Legal teams.
